Inventory parts incorrectly!!! Luckily they still had what I needed, & took out the part within 45min. They were very nice & helpful. However, they assured me it was on the shelf when I called ahead, so it really caused problems for me since I had a friend drive me.

Sold my car here. They didn't do the correct paperwork with the state yet. I got stuck with fines since the state still assumed it was my vehicle. Luckily I had gotten a copy of proof of sale, figuring I shouldn't trust anyone in my life, and now fines are getting pushed on them for not filing the paperwork now that they own it. Lol
Rules to live by: Always assume any business will never put in the work required and try to screw you over any chance they get.
