Asked about a part and the tech gave me a price, mentioned it was the same price as new(was looking for used) from a franchise, and he angrily said “if you can find it cheaper then go there” and hung up on me. Would have been fine with asking if it was new or not but didn't get the chance.

Awesome guys, I'm in Chicago I ordered from them for my Volvo 850 shifter and cable, overall the part was in good shape but the cupling on the shifter was broken which wasn't a huge deal since I only needed the cable, I explained it to them and they quickly responded with a credit towards my next order. I highly recommend trusting these guys, coming from a person like me who's always sketched out and anxious these guys really kept up with me and did a great job and shipping was on time. I'll definitely order from them again
