I called Mitch to help me deal with a vehicle I had at a family members house there in NKY. It had broke down over the holidays and I had to leave it there while I left the area after the holidays, as I don’t live there anymore. I was only in town for a short time and had to deal with it quickly.
He came and looked at the vehicle within hours of my calling and offered me a fair price on the spot. He removed the vehicle within 24 hours and even took care to get the plate removed for me so I could turn it back in to the DMV. He was very prompt with communication and very friendly.
