I've seen a wide array of reviews on here about Dial-A-Part. My experience was stellar. I worked with Chris who was nothing but courteous and prompt in my dealings with the business. I got quotes on a Toyota 4.7 V8 engine and he advised that I consider the lowest mileage unit they had (choice of 3). I paid via credit card using the form provided and the engine was delivered to my door the next day at no extra charge. This engine looked almost new! It was obviously stored in a clean environment and not exposed to the weather. I am extremely satisfied with my transaction and cant think of any way they could have improved. Even their delivery guy was extremely courteous and helpful. I will look to do business with them in the future.

All I can say is wow! Unbelievably rude! Walked up to the desk and was immediately greeted by someone ” what do you want?.” We told him our mechanic had called and spoken to someone half an hour ago and we were told to come up and pick up the rim. He said no one called him and he didn't have the room and then turned around. Wish I could give them below a one star.

Chris and the rest of the staff are excellent. Very responsive, willing to make deals on things, and guarantee what they sell. As a dealer, its a pleasure to work with such a great source of parts, especially for certain obscure late-model domestics like HUMMERs and G6 convertibles.
