These guys know customer service! I explained I bought the wrong part and they tended to me very kindly. They took the part back without hassle and got me the right part. I recommend this place. I felt great after my purchase and will consider them in the future for more parts!

I had scheduled a pickup of my car to sell through a 3rd party, and they promptly set up a pickup for the next day. I confirmed I'd be there.
Appointment time rolls around, I get a call from the driver but I miss it. I give him a call back 15 minutes after the missed call, but get the voicemail. I figured it's okay though because he left a voicemail saying he was coming in 30 minutes and just to call if I wanted to cancel or reschedule.
He never shows up. I call the shop back and was told because I didn't pick up the phone call – even though I called back 15 minutes afterwards and had previously confirmed I'd be home – they had CANCELLED the trip without telling me! And would not be able to come until the following day.
So now for 2 days in a row, I've taken off of work. I'll never use this shop again.

What a breath of fresh air. We've been battling with greedy Dealers, trying to get our car fixed for weeks. Finally gave up and took on the task ourselves. Arizona Auto saved the day. Juan C. went above and beyond to help us out. We got our part, at a fair price and made a friend in the process. It's no wonder they've been in business since 1919. You can only last that long by building a reputation for honesty and integrity.

The team of professionals at Arizona Auto Parts are very knowledgeable and helpful. I used to have regular dealings with this facility when I was still working in the Collision industry and then I retired. I recently needed a mirror for my son’s old Corolla as he got a new one and I was helping him get it cleaned up for sale. Dave Gregory had one in stock in the color I needed and he called me when he had it ready to go. This is a huge operation with over five acres and everything one might need from body parts , engines , drivetrain etc. They have a well cataloged inventory and are part of a large group of recyclers . If you need anything for your vehicle these are the folks to call. A big shout out to Dave and Tim , always nice to see you guys!
