Theyll sell a “good” transmission out of a car that was brought there because the trans was bad. Do not use

Fernando was very helpful over the phone and was patient with my multiple calls to confirm I was getting what I needed, and the yard staff were very helpful and professional as well. I needed a hard-to-find rear axle assembly for my Toyota Tacoma, and they were the only yard I could find who had a quality used part, perfect fit. I arrived shortly after they opened, and they pulled the part I needed within 15 minutes of me walking into the office. The pricing was very fair, and included a core deposit as well as a 60-day warranty in case the part doesn’t end up working for me as expected. I could see how buying smaller, generally more inexpensive parts there might not save one much money, in which case it just makes sense to buy the part new (regarding some negative reviews), but for anyone who’s looking for a crucial part in recommissioning their ride, this place will serve you well.

I bought a catalytic converter. I paid $350 for it. I brought it to my mechanic to install it and replace the one I had in my vehicle. The first one Fernando gave me was cracked. So I had to go all the way back and get a new one. He swaps it out. I bring the next one to my mechanic and that one is ruined aswell. Now I’m being charged more money from my mechanic. Fernando did not say anything about the yard not doing cash refunds even if it was purchased with cash and I have a receipt. Literally a waste of $350. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
