If they improve their customer service and actually help people get what they want to buy including myself then I'll consider changing my review. If they can't improve what they are lacking then they should not be in business. Plain and simple.

I got on Car-Part.com and looked for the part I needed. They were the only ones close enough that had what I needed. Gave them a call, he was very friendly, quick and helpful to make sure we were looking at the same part. Shipped it out that day or next after paying over the phone. They insure they test all thier parts and they work, as mine infact did when I received it!
