I was in Idaho Falls doing some work and had to make several trips over 3 days with tin to be recycled. Pacific quoted me a fair price over the phone, and at the time I was in the office they were able to give me a little better price for recycling than was originally quoted. That was great. The second day I was paid the original quote. A couple days later Renae in the office called me and stated they owed me another $55 because the second day I was payed a different rate. She wanted to make it right with the better price I was getting. That honesty goes a long way. It didn’t really matter much to me as I was paid the originally quoted price. But they wanted to be fair. I like to deal with good and honest people… and that’s what you can expect at pacific recycling. Thank you
