I really don’t like leaving poor reviews, but our experience with this place was absurd. My husband and I went here to look at a car we saw advertised online, took it for a test drive, really wanted to purchase it. The only thing was the air bag light was on so we asked the associate about it and he said it had never been in an accident so he’s not sure why it’s on. He said he would have his mechanic look at it first thing in the morning. My husband and I had cash in hand, ready to buy, and we still wanted to buy it but he said he would feel better if his mechanic checked it out first. He told us they would call us as soon as it was fixed. The next day my husband called them TWICE, both times he was told that the car was not yet ready, but they assured him that the car was on hold for us. So the next day my husband called back AGAIN, and this time was told that not only had the car been fixed but it had been sold to someone else! Some woman came in with a loan she got from the bank and they sold it to her. I was furious! We had the money already, no loan needed, and were more than happy to purchase it even with the air bag light on! We unfortunately trusted these people and got screwed over because of it.

I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle at cool motors. Dylan was very transparent and great to work with. After we drove the car home we noticed a slight noise coming from the front that we didn't notice during the test drive. I called them up and they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend them.
