Messed with the wrong person this time! Needed a wiring harness for a 2007 Cadillac Escalade and found one at Citron. The mechanic wired the money and then Mark said he would send it UPS. After a few weeks I said I will go get it, driving from Dallas to Odessa to pick it up. Had I the read the reviews I wouldn't have wasted my time, but was desperate to get this part. Mark had said he put it back in inventory and sent one of his workers to get it, I made the mistake or not looking at it to see if it matched the pictures. Paid him $300 in cash and headed back to Dallas. My mechanic saw it and said this isn't the right one. Called Mark as soon as I was back in the mechanic shop in Dallas and sent the pictures of the one he sold me and the one he had photographed for the mechanic. Called this morning and he said I had switched them and put an old broken one in the bag trying to say he sent the right one and I was lying. Guess what? Its getting fingerprinted today for his and his workers prints!! And I am filing a theft complaint on Citron Used Auto Parts. Maybe we can stop this from happening to others. I encourage any of you that have been ripped off by Mark Citron and Citron Used Auto Parts to follow suit in filing. First 2 photos are what Mark sent to the mechanic, last 2 are what he sent me back to Dallas with as the "correct part"
