Called these folks seven times before noon on a Saturday—what kind of operation can’t answer a phone that much? After reading up on them, I guess it makes sense they can’t keep a star rating above ground.

I handed over my car to this salvage yard not too long ago, and to say it left a bad taste would be putting it mildly. They wanted me to come down to the county clerk’s office to transfer the title so they could fix the car—fine by me, I figured I’d cut them some slack. What I got instead was an afternoon gone sideways. They kept running late, lost paperwork, and looked surprised when it came time to actually hand over the cash. At one point they even vanished to scrounge up tax money. In the end I walked away with just twenty bucks and a promise for more through Cash App. That never showed up. I shot them a short message calling out the runaround. Silence.
