I had to update my review because Steve from AAA Auto Parts called me. He was great and really worried about the lousy experience I had with my purchase. He’s taking steps to fix it and that’s awesome. I originally gave them one star yesterday, but now I’m giving them five. Getting that call today made a big difference.

Kari is incredible. She gave me the best customer service and really listened to what I needed. She helped me go through my options with a list so I could compare them easily. She even shared details most people wouldn’t, followed up with updates, and kept me in the loop. We need more employees like her! If you ever need help, ask for Kari. I hope the managers see this and reward her for how great she is.

My first time dealing with this place went really well and fast. They didn’t have everything I needed, which I expected, but they did have the truck topper I wanted. It fits perfectly and looks like it’s in great shape.

Brett is fantastic and always goes out of his way to make sure I get exactly what I need. Every part he’s given me has been top-notch. If there’s ever an issue during shipping, he fixes it right away. I always call them first when I need parts. Keep up the good work, AAA team and Brett!

These people are terrible with warranties and returns. They’re good at selling and making money, but that’s not me. I bought a transmission for $1,500, supposedly in great condition with 122k miles. After putting it in, it made noise, so I spent another $1,500 on a mechanic to fix it. Now I’m out $3,000. When I complained, they wanted me to send pictures of the oil receipts, seals, filters, the oil from the transmission, scanner codes, and somehow proof that it got programmed. Who even records that stuff? They said professional shops do it. If you don’t have a fancy shop, good luck with their warranty. Did I ask them to prove the transmission worked before they pulled it out of my car? A video of the car running, a video showing the original transmission coming out, and markings to confirm it’s the same one they’re selling? Plus, is it even the right transmission for my car? Save yourself the trouble—these people just take your money and don’t care about the extra costs, time, or headaches you end up dealing with.

I’ve been working with these guys for years, and their sales team always goes the extra mile—no matter what. The warranty coverage has never been an issue, and their labor rates are fair. Every time I stop by, Brett makes a point to say hello. Can’t ask for much better than that. ---
