Grabbed a part that turned out wrong for my car. When I took it back, they refused the refund flat out. Even argued that it wasn’t the part I bought there. After that, zero trust. Every time I think about their stuff, I remember how they treated me. Stay far away—worst experience I’ve had at any junkyard.

Ran into the manager named John—total disrespect from the start. The place used to be decent, not anymore. Won’t buy another part from them as long as he’s running things.

We’ve bought stuff here before, no issues. Got a seat this time, but the pattern wasn’t what we ordered. Tried to return it, they wouldn’t take it back over a seat sale being final. I asked where in the contract it says that, they just pointed at the paper and acted like I was making it up. Total waste of time. Rude and no help. Gave them zero stars and won’t go back.

From the first minute it was a mess. Needed a specific car part, the guy grabbed the wrong one. Came back ready to trade it, but he refused unless I had the receipt in hand. I showed him the photo, even asked him to check the purchase in their system, but he acted like it wasn’t his problem. Then he ignored the fact that the part didn’t fit my car at all. Just kept saying there was nothing they could do. Lost close to $300 because of it and had to start over somewhere else. Never seen service that bad. Not stepping foot in there again, and I’d tell anyone to stay away too.

I left a pretty critical review after a frustrating experience, but the owner’s response was so funny I had to come back and give them five stars just for the laughs. Not many places would turn a complaint into a comedy routine—kudos for that.

Name’s Junior. I called in an order for a 2021 Nissan Rogue shifter, paid over the phone, and they said they’d handle it. A week went by—no call, no update, nothing. I went to get a refund, but they kept saying it was "processing on their end." Meanwhile, my bank showed the refund was canceled by Artie Auto LLC. They straight-up stole my money and then had the nerve to argue about it. Terrible service, and I hope nobody else gets screwed like this. ---

I used to buy parts here all the time, but after dealing with their phone guys, I’m done. They’re rude, and it’s like they’re taking lessons from the worst junkyards out there. Would give zero stars if I could. Sad how some places just keep getting worse. ---

I’ve been in the auto repair game for over 20 years, and I’ve never dealt with a junkyard this bad. They dropped off a computer for a car at my shop while my receptionist was the only one there, so of course I paid them right away. Later, I opened the box and the thing was completely green with corrosion. Yeah, stuff happens, but when I called to explain and ask for a return, they fought me on it, were downright rude, and kept saying it was "as-is." Absolute garbage. I’m done with this place—never buying from them again. ---

Bought a radio from them, and it didn’t even turn on—looked like it had been in a fire, smelled like burnt wires. Called to complain, and they just said, "We sell parts as-is." Didn’t even check if it worked before selling it. No help, no refund, nothing. Don’t waste your money on electrical parts here. ---

Gave them two stars because they *did* have the alternator in stock, but that’s the only good thing. Service was slow, the staff was rude, and the price jumped from $50 to $60 when I got there—before taxes. If you’re a woman, it’s even worse. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially not if you’re Black.
