This place sold me a bad motor. I sent pictures and proof, but they only want to swap it for one with 80,000 more miles. They won’t cover the labor I already paid to have the dead motor put in. They claim to test their motors thoroughly, but the second I fired it up, it misfired and smoked like crazy.

Manny at AAP is awesome—helpful, smart, and respectful. I don’t know his last name, but his extension’s 101. Ten stars for him.

Don’t waste your money here. I bought a transmission and got the wrong gear ratio. When I called it out, they said they’d fix it and have the right part in by Friday—that was three weeks ago. Three weeks, $800 down, and still nothing done. Skip this place.

I’ve been buying parts from Eva Stiner at Arizona Auto Parts for over five years. She sends updates fast, letting me know if a part needs cleaning or shipping’s running late. When a part showed up needing work, she fixed it right away so my shop and customers didn’t get stuck waiting. If you need someone reliable at Arizona Auto Parts, Eva’s the one. Just wanted to say thanks for making it easy to get good parts with great service.

Ordered a part, paid for it, and they said it’d be ready by 2:30 or 3:00. Figured I’d give them extra time, so I came back the next day. Showed up, and they told me it wasn’t ready yet. Waited 30 minutes, then heard the part had already been sold—and then they said it was lost. Not touching this place again. ---

Went to Arizona Auto Parts in Phoenix last week, and honestly, it blew me away. The second I stepped inside, I saw rows and rows of parts—engines, transmissions, body panels, you name it. The staff didn’t just point me to a shelf and walk off; they actually took the time to help me track down the exact part I needed. They explained their warranty options without pushing anything, and it felt like they genuinely wanted to make sure I left with what I needed, not just a quick sale. The place is clean, well-organized, and the checkout was fast. If you’re looking for good used parts in Phoenix, this is the spot. ---

Look them up online first, find the part you need, pay for it there, and they’ll text or email when it’s ready. Super simple. The guys at the counter were friendly and printed out my receipt right away. Then I drove around to the side, stopped at the gate, handed over my invoice, and some guy brought the part right to my car. No fuss, no waiting around. Easy as that. Definitely worth using them for car parts. ---

My husband and I had such a great experience with Arizona Auto Parts. The people there are just really good folks—they stand by their warranties, and when we had a question, they got back to us fast. Everyone was kind and helpful, no runaround. If you’re looking for a place that actually cares, this is it.
