Honestly, I’m not sure this place is even open anymore. I tried calling them multiple times—different days, different times of day—and nobody ever picked up. I even filled out that online form on their website to check if they had a part I needed, and crickets. No call back, no email, nothing. At this point, I’m not wasting gas driving 50 miles just to see if they’re still in business. Feels like they don’t want customers. ---

Bought a part Tuesday, brought it back Wednesday because it didn’t work. You know what they told me? *"No refunds."* Store credit? At a junkyard? What kind of business model is that? They’re really scraping the bottom of the barrel if they can’t even give $80 back. Good luck with that "credit"—hope it buys you something that actually works. ---

Ordered a transmission, and they sent me the wrong one. Called to get my money back, and they said no—*"The right one’s on the way, it’ll be here Monday."* Monday comes and goes. No call. Tuesday morning, they finally ring me up, asking for a picture of my transmission so they could check. Sent it. Waited. Never heard back. Called again, and now they’re saying it’ll be in *Thursday*. After dropping $860, I can’t even get a straight answer. Just want my part—or my money back. ---

This guy is a total jerk. I paid for a wiring harness weeks ago, and every time I call, he says, *"Oh, someone’s getting it for you right now."* Today, I called twice because he swore it’d be ready by noon. When I showed up, he snapped at me—*"I work at my own pace, lady, I’ll get to you when I get to you."* Then he had the nerve to say I could take my money back and go somewhere else. Oh, I *will*. And I’m telling everyone I know to stay far away from this place. ---

The people here were actually nice and made it easy. I called ahead to ask about a part, and they had it pulled and ready when I got there. Saved me a ton of money compared to buying new. Auto 80 West Used Parts came through—no hassle, no runaround.
