B&R Auto Wrecking is a self-service junkyard in Tucson where customers can pull their own used auto parts from salvaged vehicles. The yard has engines, transmissions, body panels, interior parts, and other components from totaled cars and trucks. It's open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Services & What to Expect
B&R Auto Wrecking works on a self-service model. Customers find and remove their own parts from salvaged vehicles and components on site. The lot includes engines, transmissions, body panels, bumpers, mirrors, headlights, taillights, and interior pieces. Basic tools for cutting and removing parts are available, but customers should bring their own equipment for specialized jobs.
The yard doesn't offer professional part removal or installation. It's designed for people who are comfortable working on vehicles and salvaging parts themselves. Most customers arrive with a vehicle that can haul heavy or bulky parts. Inventory changes often, so it's best to call ahead or check the website before visiting.
B&R may buy junk cars for salvage. To ask about selling a vehicle, visit their website or call (520) 622-7781. For other local options to sell an old vehicle, see Tucson cash for junk cars services.

Easy to get around in person and online. Walked in for one part, searched their site first, and was greeted by a staff that actually knew the details.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Needed parts to change my truck from jump seats to center console, and they had it all—every bracket, bolt, and trim piece I required, at a price that blew me away.

Honestly couldn’t ask for better. Everyone respects each other here, makes doing business painless and they bend over backward to get what you need. Ten out of ten recommend. Ask for Kenny or Jeff when you come in—you’ll walk out with everything handled and then some.

Honestly, B&R Automotive saved me a ton of hassle. Jeff didn’t just help me find the parts I needed—he made the whole process smooth. The parts arrived on time and were in really good shape. The whole team is easy to talk to, whether you’re asking about prices or just picking something up. I’ll be back next time I need used parts, no question.

My car got hit, and two rims were stolen—what a nightmare. But Jeff at B&R Automotive made it way less painful. Not only did they have the rims at a fair price, but when one turned out to be bent, he swapped it out for me. Then I had the same issue again, and again—four times total. Each time, Jeff stayed late to fix it. He even gave me his number so I could call if anything else went wrong. You don’t see that kind of effort anymore. If you need parts and someone who actually cares, go here.

The part worked perfectly, no complaints there. But when I went back to return it for the $13 refund, they refused to give me cash because I used a prepaid card. Like, seriously? $13 isn’t going to break them. If they’re that worried about money, maybe they should work on their customer service instead.

This place is a joke. The five-star reviews must be from years ago or written by the staff themselves. The phone people are downright rude—cut you off before you can even ask a question. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes while employees walked right past me like I was invisible. The one guy who finally talked to me only did it because he was printing something and I was standing by the machine. He said my alternator would be ready, but seven hours later, it still wasn’t. I canceled and demanded a refund—two days later, I’m still waiting. If you enjoy being ignored and treated like garbage, this is your spot.
