My car got hit, and two rims were stolen—what a nightmare. But Jeff at B&R Automotive made it way less painful. Not only did they have the rims at a fair price, but when one turned out to be bent, he swapped it out for me. Then I had the same issue again, and again—four times total. Each time, Jeff stayed late to fix it. He even gave me his number so I could call if anything else went wrong. You don’t see that kind of effort anymore.
