This spot was a breeze—I got every part I needed without any hassles and fast too. Easy five stars.

Forked over $457 for a used piece online, only to get the wrong one in the mail. Worse, they hit me with a $90 restocking fee even though I never put that part on my car. Pretty bogus to charge for their own mistake.

Tried calling their AI phone system, and it was a total waste of time. No real person to talk to, just a robot that couldn’t help with anything. When I tried to explain I needed to return something, they just hung up on me. Unbelievable. ---

Called ahead to save time, but no one answered the phone. Showed up 30 minutes later, and there were only two employees at the counter—no line, no rush. But the prices? Way too high for what they were selling. Could’ve saved myself gas and time if they’d just picked up the damn phone. ---

Honestly, I don’t usually leave reviews unless something goes wrong, but this time I had to say something good. At first, the customer service team messed up and gave me bad info about my CORE charge on a transmission I bought. I was ready to give up on getting my $60 back since I don’t live near any B & R location. But then Blaine from the e-commerce team stepped in. He didn’t just do the bare minimum—he went out of his way to find a way to refund me. That $60 might not sound like much, but as a single parent, every little bit helps. What really stood out was how personal he made the whole thing feel. No cold corporate emails—just someone who actually cared. I’m crossing my fingers the transmission works as well as the service I got. I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll tell my family and friends about them too. Oh, and a big thanks to Travis Tomblin for keeping me updated on my shipment. Blaine, you’re a lifesaver—keep that kind of service going! ---

The people at B & R made this whole process smooth. The parts I got were in decent shape, just like they said. Timothy, the sales guy in Oregon, was great. Spence, the e-commerce guy, also did a solid job. And the lady handling shipping in Oroville? She confirmed my order was ready for pickup, which was a huge help since I drove a long way to get there. All in all, they made it easy, and I’m happy with how it turned out. ---

The cashier made me feel two inches tall in front of another customer. When I came back to grab one more thing, he accused me of trying to steal. I told him he was nuts, I was paying, but he just kept going. After driving two hours for this nonsense, I’ve never been more insulted in a shop.

The guy at the counter embarrassed me in front of someone else, and I’ve never felt so disrespected in a store. I paid for my first part and left, then came back for another one. When I was paying, he straight-up accused me of stealing. I told him, “No, I’m paying you,” but he wouldn’t listen. Kept asking why I came back, like I was up to something. I even said if there was a problem, I wouldn’t buy from him—but he just kept going. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a store. I drove two hours for this? Unreal. Hope someone holds him accountable.
