This experience turned out terrible. We brought in a perfectly fine vehicle and dropped thousands on an “upgrade.” They put a part on backward so we had to bring it back. They told us our car’s camber would be permanently messed up because it couldn’t adjust anymore. We took it somewhere else and found out the lift kit was missing the control arms. When we brought it back to Bucks they charged us again to add the parts that should have been included in the first place. Our camber is still so off that we’re replacing wheel bearings, bushings, and tires every year, and the car shakes over 60 mph. If the job wasn’t doable they should have said so instead of guaranteeing it would work. It’s been a year and we’re moving forward with legal action. Wish I’d done more homework before trusting them with my car – now everywhere I ask, people say “Why would you go to Bucks?” Thanks for turning my family’s vehicle into an expensive headache.

Put a rear Dissent bumper on my 200LC and it took two days with no progress updates at all. After it was on I kept hearing a high-pitched noise from the bumper. I tweaked the swing arm and spare tire, even added fender washers on the bump stop, but nothing changed. Turns out the plastic rear quarter panels were rubbing against the bumper. Their installer said we didn’t need the rubber trim seal bulb because the cut was so precise. When I spoke to Dissent they said the bulb is there to cushion and keep a small gap because the bumper flexes – and I was lucky nothing had popped off yet. I emailed Bucks 4x4 four times about the mistake and never got a response. I took the panels off, trimmed them myself, put the bulb back in, and the noise stopped. Won’t be letting them touch my vehicles again.

Couldn’t be happier I went to Bucks 4x4 and found Jeff. He knew exactly what he was doing and made the whole process smooth with his helpful attitude. If you want people who actually know their trucks, this is the place.

Honestly, these guys don’t mess around—they got my truck fixed up faster than I expected, and the work looks *brand new*. No shortcuts, no nonsense, just solid craftsmanship. I’ll be back for sure.

I took my two Jeeps in for lift kits, and the guys here did a solid job—no shortcuts, just good work. Prices were fair, and they didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of extra stuff. Worth the trip. ---

Two other places told me my 2014 Ram’s front drive shaft was a lost cause. Bucks took one look, figured it out, and fixed it—no more sounding like a bucket of bolts every time I hit 4WD. Simple as that. Glad I found them.

After slapping a camper on my Tundra, the back end was dragging like a sad sack. The guy who helped me didn’t just sell me parts—he actually showed me what I needed to fix the sag *and* mentioned a few other things that were wearing thin, all without making me feel like I was getting the hard sell. The install went smooth, on time, and the truck looked like it came out of a shop, not some backyard garage. This isn’t my first time here, and it won’t be my last. ---

I’ve been bringing my TJ to Bucks for years, and they’ve always done right by me. Never pushy, just honest advice on what my rig actually needs. Last time, they put in a new A/C unit, and when it started leaking, they didn’t make me pay a dime—they got the manufacturer to cover it, even tore out the whole dash to fix it properly. That’s the kind of place I’ll keep coming back to. ---

My wife’s Expedition needed a leveling kit, and Bucks handled it fast, clean, and at a price that didn’t feel like a rip-off. No complaints—just good work. ---

Been coming to Bucks 4X4 for years, and after moving back to the area, they were the first place I called. Jeff and the crew always make me feel like a regular, not just another customer. This time, they installed a Decked drawer system, Cargo Glide, and a Fishbone half rack—everything went in clean, no issues. Already planning my next upgrade with them.
