I hadn't been to this place before, but the team there really won me over. The yard guy who handled my scrap was especially kind and quick about it. Everyone was friendly, the process moved fast, and I left with cash in hand. Couldn't ask for more.

From the moment I walked in, I felt respected. Seth, Cody, Tommy, and Cameron treated me like family, helping me with everything I needed and doing it fast. They've got that rare mix of friendliness and professionalism that makes a real difference.

The staff here are easy to talk to, the service is solid, and their prices beat what I've seen elsewhere.

Honestly, the whole thing was way simpler than I expected. The prices seemed fair, and I didn’t have to stress about my tires picking up junk from the road—it was actually pretty clean. ---

Brought in over 12 pounds of #1 bare bright copper to their non-ferrous side. No one was at the scales, so I waited a minute, then got back in my truck because it was hot. Soon as I sat down, I saw an employee had already weighed my copper—said it was 12 pounds. I knew it was way more, at least 30. He didn’t even ask for my ID, so I mentioned it. He said their computer was down, but that same computer runs the scale. When I pushed back, he said they had my weight inside. The receipt they printed still said 12 pounds. Like, what are the odds I’d bring in *exactly* 12 pounds? I called them out on it, and they just kept saying their scales are certified. I wasn’t arguing about the scale—I was saying the guy didn’t weigh it all. They kept repeating the same thing. Left feeling like I got screwed.
