I’ve never actually been to this salvage yard, but from what I can tell, it’s set up way better than most. They’ve got parts already pulled and ready on shelves, and if you need something else, you can grab tools and take it apart yourself. Everything’s labeled and organized, and it looks like they’ve got a solid system with a database to track inventory. Seems like a smart way to run the place. ---

Thanks for making this easy—we got it done. You helped me get my old Jetta back on the road one last time before I let it go. The whole team was solid, no nonsense, and actually knew what they were doing. Not every salvage yard makes it that simple, so I appreciate it.

Do not waste your money here. The salesperson was rude, unprofessional, and made the whole experience miserable. We agreed on a price for a transmission—$2000, including tax—and even sent the payment over the phone like they asked. Then, out of nowhere, they tried to hike the price up to $2100. When we said fine, the guy suddenly decided to cancel the whole order. Absolute garbage service. I’d rather drive 50 extra miles than deal with this again. ---

This place is a total nightmare. Darren runs it like it’s his personal kingdom where the rules only apply to customers. I ordered an engine, and not only did he send the wrong one, but when I called him out on it, he flat-out refused to refund me. His own employee, Sergio, even agreed with me that it was messed up. I’m done with this guy—next time I’ll take my business somewhere that actually cares about customers. ---

I walked in completely clueless about what kind of window my van even needed, but these guys didn’t make me feel stupid for it. They took the time to find the right one, even when it wasn’t the easiest thing to track down. On top of that, they pointed me toward a decent shop to handle the install. I’ll be back next time I need parts—this is the kind of place that actually helps you out. ---
