I don’t usually write reviews, but Bill Johnston at County Line Auto Parts deserves one. He’s the kind of guy who actually knows what he’s talking about and takes the time to figure out what you need without making you jump through hoops. Tracking down the exact part I asked for was no problem for him—he just went and got it. Prices were straight up, communication was quick, and the whole thing went smoother than I expected. I’ll be back anytime I need parts, no question.

Five stars doesn’t do them justice—these people are that good. Kip’s the best. Even when the shop’s packed he’ll pause what he’s doing to make sure I leave with the right part and it gets to me when I need it. Yeah, they’ve got what I’m looking for, but what matters more is knowing they’ll be there the next time I need something. Couldn’t ask for better.

Kip makes every visit easy. He’s friendly, knows his stuff, and gets you the parts for a good price without the runaround. If they don’t have it on site, he pulls it from his network fast—no searching around for you. Just tell him what you need, and he makes it happen. Hard to beat that kind of service.

Anthony’s saved me more times than I can count. He’s found parts for all kinds of vehicles I’ve worked on, and every time he nails it. Last time it was a radiator, condenser, and cooling fan for a 2015 Chrysler 300, a shifter for a 2016 Buick Regal, and a door for my 2023 Jeep—no problem. He just figures it out. What stands out is how he listens, follows through, and makes sure you walk away happy. If you need someone who actually cares and knows what they’re doing, Anthony’s the one.

County Line’s got a huge selection of parts and the staff really knows their stuff. Alma’s the one I always ask for, and she’ll dig up anything I need without me even having to ask twice. She answers every question I throw at her, even sends pictures so we know we’re on the same page, and she’s always in a good mood when I call. Whenever I need parts fast and cheap, this is where I go first.

Ordered parts from Cody twice now, and both times they came in like new—no rust, no damage, just solid pieces. Prices are way better than anywhere else I’ve checked. The guy even threw in a little extra help once when I was stuck figuring out a part number. At this point, I don’t even bother looking elsewhere—if I need something, I’m calling Cody.

These folks don’t mess around. You tell them what you’re after, and if they’ve got it, it’s ready when you show up. No waiting, no runaround—just straightforward service. I’ve been back more than once because it’s that easy. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for salvage.

I shot an email to them on December 30th, just asking if they had a seat for my car. Next thing I know, 20 minutes later, they’d already replied. Fast, friendly, and the part showed up in perfect condition—exactly like they said it would. Even sent pictures of it installed, and honestly, it looks way better than before. Anthony’s the guy to talk to if you need something done right. ---

Needed a transmission, so I stopped by to grab one. From the first call confirming they had it in stock to the moment they loaded it up and handled the paperwork, everything was smooth. The whole team was friendly and made the process easy. No hassle, just good service. ---

The staff there is just so nice—even when they were running behind because of the snow, they still got my order ready fast. I’m not sure if the guy who helped me was the manager or what, but he carried all my stuff out to my car for me. And their dog? Total mood booster while I waited. Would go back in a heartbeat. ---
