Are they out of business? I’m not sure what’s changed in the last couple years because they used to send good parts. My last order was wrong—they sent a rear diff when I needed a front one. And get this, the one they sent had 50k more miles than the one I actually ordered. It happened right when they were updating their website, and after I paid, I didn’t hear anything for a while. My order just disappeared for a bit, but they kept my money and knew exactly what I wanted. Getting the wrong diff messed everything up. Their online used part catalog also went down and just links to some basic part search now. So, do they even sell parts anymore?

I bought a 20"x8.5", 10 spoke wheel (photo L) from cousineauautoparts. Instead, they sent a 17", 5 spoke wheel (photo R). I reached out and their response was, "It should be the exact item you ordered." I tried calling but they said I had to go through eBay. I sent photos and asked for the right part, and eBay eventually refunded me. cousineauautoparts never followed up. All I wanted was the part I paid for. Their only reply was, "It should be the exact item you ordered." No apology, no fix, nothing. BUYER BEWARE. 10/10.

The customer service here is terrible. I’ve been dealing with a door problem for months. If you end up talking to Justin, just hang up—immediately. Honestly, I wouldn’t even bother calling them at all. Even the owner, Bill, doesn’t seem to care that his staff keeps messing things up. They really need new management and for their salespeople to actually take responsibility.

Got an oil change, tire rotation, and two different air filters done here. Did the work fast and well. I like that they text you pics of the dirty filters. Jesse, the service manager, kept me in the loop, and the tech—no idea his name—did a solid job too.

Honestly, this place is my go-to for car parts—never been let down. The stuff they’ve got is solid, and the prices are way better than anywhere else I’ve tried. A few weeks back, I used one of those coupons they sent out to locals for an oil change. While I was there, I asked them to check my suspension, too. The techs didn’t just rush through it—they took their time, snapped pictures of the worn parts, and even put together a digital report listing everything that needed fixing before it turned into a bigger problem. The report was super easy to pull up, read, and send to my buddy who’s helping me with the car. Seriously, that’s a smart move on their part. If you’re looking for a shop that actually cares, this is the place. ---

Ordered a set of seatbelts from here, and they shipped them straight to my shop. Turns out, the pre-tensioners had already been deployed, and the retractors were locked up—completely useless. Tried calling to let them know what happened, but nobody picks up. Left a bunch of messages, and still nothing. Not sure what the deal is, but it’s frustrating when you can’t even get a response.

Ordered a part from these guys and made it *super* clear—I don’t want it if it’s busted. They sent me a damaged one anyway, charged me $500 for something that was probably worth $50 at best. Now I’m stuck hunting for a replacement. Skip this place. ---

Tried ordering a part over the phone. They said they didn’t have it but could order it, so I said go ahead. Paid with my card, got hit with a 4% fee, no problem. Next day, they called to say the part wasn’t available after all and would refund me. Fine, whatever. Then the refund came through—but they kept the 4% fee. When I called to ask why, they said it was policy. Had to argue with management just to get that fee back. Not worth the hassle. ---

Drove an hour and a half to pick up a part they swore was ready. Got there, and suddenly it wasn’t. They gave me a $100 discount, which was nice, but it didn’t cover the gas or the wasted time for a three-hour round trip. Not worth it. ---

Bought a headlight assembly online four weeks ago, paid with PayPal the same day. Never shipped. Waited a week, emailed with my order number—no reply. Called, got transferred to dead lines or people who promised to call back but never did. Left six voicemails over three weeks. Still no refund, still no part. Don’t bother with this place. ---
