These guys were jerks, acting like they were trying to rip me off. No professionalism at all. I won’t even say the guy’s name—he never picked up the phone. It was just, “Yeah, this is [name], how can I help you?”

Picked up my SUV from Tyrone last year, and it’s still going strong—no major issues, no regrets. The thing just keeps on trucking, which is all I ask for at this point.

Called this junkyard on December 10th about a passenger-side mirror. Guy on the phone quoted me $35 for the part. I asked if they could pull it and put it on my car for me. He said his friend would do it instead of the worker who answered the phone. But here’s the kicker—I could’ve just bought the mirror myself for $25 and installed it. Instead, I got hit with a $90 labor charge, making my total $103. I called back to say “Merry Christmas” and told him that was a total rip-off—it took five minutes, tops. He tried to say he warned me over the phone, but who’s gonna pay $103 when Faulks had the same part for $50? Never going back. Just give me a receipt upfront so I know what I’m actually paying—no hidden taxes, no sneaky labor fees. Just straight-up honesty. ---

Do not go here. The service is terrible, and I’d give them zero stars if I could. Absolute waste of time. ---

Got in, got out fast. The staff was friendly, found the parts I needed, and when they didn’t have something, they pointed me to someone who did. No hassle, no attitude—just a smooth experience.

The people here are solid. Parts are cheap, prices are fair, and they act like real professionals. No surprises, no nonsense. ---
