Honestly, I never thought I’d trust anyone but the dealership for my foreign car—especially since there isn’t one in Ames for my make. But after dealing with a flooded floorboard and a packed schedule, I was desperate. A friend swore by GW Chevrolet, so I gave them a shot. They squeezed me in fast, fixed the issue, and even dried out my carpet before I picked it up. Not only did they handle my car like pros, but the price was way better than anywhere else. Seriously, these guys saved me time and money. GW, you’ve got a loyal customer for life. ---

If you’re in the market for a car, new or used, this place is solid. The staff actually listens and doesn’t waste your time pushing stuff you don’t need. Called them once, got a quick reply, and they had me test-driving options the same day. No runaround, no pressure—just straightforward help. I’ll keep coming back. ---

Absolute nightmare. The sales guy lied straight to my face about a car I was looking at, and when I called them out, they acted like I was the problem. Wouldn’t even admit they messed up. Don’t bother with Lars—save yourself the headache. ---
