Terrible service here. I wasted hours just to get on the scale and again to reach the unloading dock. In the end, I lost over two hours for half a trailer’s worth of scrap. Not worth the hassle.

I called ahead so I knew what to expect. The staff treated me well and gave it to me straight. First time at a junkyard, I brought some copper. They printed me a receipt right away. My invoice got lost in the mail so I went back, and they made sure everything was handled. I left with cash in hand. The whole process went smooth, and folks even checked on me as I was leaving, just to be sure I didn’t need anything else. Great experience for a first-timer.

Showed up right when they opened, got straight to the scale, and they cut my time short right away. In and out of the office in less than five minutes, but then I sat around for four hours waiting to load. By the time I got my paperwork and the seal, I’d wasted half the day just to unload half a trailer.

In 2026, if you can’t show basic respect, don’t bother opening your doors. Years of reputation can vanish overnight, and customers will go where they’re treated better. Their registration process is a joke—they required a builder’s license to sell scrap, so I offered to bring my LLC paperwork. The woman at the counter with pink hair acted like I was wasting her time, so I drove thirty minutes to a place that didn’t make me feel like garbage.

I’ve been coming here for a decade, but after today, I’m done. Stood at the window for 15 minutes with no help, while two employees just chatted with each other like I wasn’t standing right there. The whole place used to be decent, but now? Not worth the hassle.

Every time I go here, it’s a smooth experience. The staff are always helpful and friendly, especially Ashley at the window. Makes the whole process a lot easier. ---

I didn’t even want to leave a review, but after dealing with the woman at the front window, I feel like I have to. She’s got that weird blue-green hair, and her attitude was just plain terrible. Didn’t bother to help, didn’t bother to talk—just acted like I wasn’t even there. If you’re that miserable, maybe find a job you actually like.
