Tried to charge me $1,500 for a car that looked like it hadn't moved in decades. Had half the parts missing, body all beat up, and honestly didn't know the make and model at first. Didn't mention the real value upfront either - just kept saying how much scrap would get me. Wondered about that since cars like that usually go for around $3,000 when they're in decent shape. Also doesn't seem like you can just walk into their lot, which wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't such a hassle to find that info. Messaged back and forth a bit but then they stopped answering my questions completely. Not cool when the vehicle probably isn't even worth that much anymore considering how long it's been sitting there.

This was a complete disaster. Ordered a transmission for my Honda Odyssey using the VIN to make sure it was correct. Got the wrong part delivered instead. Didn't realize until the repair shop started putting it in. Had to drive 200 miles back and forth four times over two days to return it. The shop lost valuable time too, which just made everything worse. Waste of time and money that could have been avoided. Not something I'd recommend to anyone.

Brought in an old washer and dryer. Walked in, walked out, got paid. Staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Maybe didn't make enough for a vacation, but definitely enough for a few beers at the corner store in Cloverdale.
