I called days ahead to reserve a used engine for my car and even put down a deposit. The woman on the phone never mentioned a core charge or taxes, just said the engine was seven hundred bucks flat. Nothing about extra costs. Told me exactly what I wanted to hear. Service was a disaster from the start. Never coming back to a place like that.

They knocked it out of the park. I walked in needing one part, they had it right there. Then they went the extra mile and pointed me to a great mechanic. Next time I’m in a jam I’m coming back here first, no question.

What a nightmare. I rolled in needing a wheel and was told to wait an hour. After ninety minutes I asked what was taking so long. That’s when they handed me a wheel some guy had grabbed that was already busted and said used parts aren’t always perfect. Another fifteen minutes passed before someone walked me out to the yard to find a good one. Back at the counter I was told to wait once more because the guy who showed me out had to remove the wheel and tire himself, then I’d go to the front of the line again. I finally spotted the wheel I’d picked sitting on the ground outside and left after two hours and fifteen minutes of wasted time.

Skip this place. They’ll tell you they’ve got the part, take your money, then send you to the back where—surprise—it’s suddenly "not available." Now you’re out cash and stuck waiting 3-5 days for a refund. How’s that even a business model? Selling stuff you don’t have? Doesn’t make sense. ---

Found a wheel for way less than anywhere else—no haggling, no runaround. Jennifer and the IAP team made it simple. Got in, got out, got what I needed. Exactly how it should be. ---

Saw two cars just like mine up front with the wheel I needed—right there, sitting on them. Walked in Friday, they swore they had it. "Couple hours," they said, but made me pay upfront.
