INFINITI of Peoria Parts at 9167 W Bell Rd, Peoria, AZ 85382

INFINITI of Peoria Parts runs a auto salvage yard and used parts dealer at 9167 West Bell Road in Peoria. The yard focuses on Infiniti components but also stocks parts for other vehicle makes. Customers pay a daily access fee, find the vehicle they need, and remove their own parts. Basic tools are available on-site, though many bring their own.

Services and what to expect

Staff can point you to vehicle locations but don’t help with part removal. The inventory includes engines, transmissions, body panels, electrical components, and other common replacement parts. Some new or remanufactured parts may be available in limited quantities.

A one-day access fee covers entry and basic tools like wrenches, jacks, and other common equipment. Hours match the dealership’s schedule, with extended evening hours on weekdays and weekend availability.

All parts are sold as-is with no warranties. Inspect parts carefully before removal. The yard doesn’t install parts or offer repair services.

Bring your own gloves, safety glasses, and any specialized tools you might need. The yard keeps an updated list of vehicles in stock, organized by make, model, and year, which you can check at the counter.

This was the easiest car purchase ever. Kendrick and Martin made sure we understood every step, answered every dumb question, and got us exactly the price we wanted. Fast, painless, and actually enjoyable. We’ll be back for sure.

We were downsizing so I stopped by to sell my car and ended up trading my wife’s too for a sweet deal on a brand-new QX65—best SUV I’ve ever driven. The place was one of the cleanest dealerships I’ve seen, and Joe and Jon made the whole process smooth as butter.

Picked up a used car here on December 18th, and four days later the check engine light came on. Found a crack in the gas tank, and every time I hit the brakes the rear right tire made a clicking noise before blowing out completely. Left me stranded. Turns out the dealership never put the bolts back on the caliper—it was just dangling on the rotor. They finally called to say they’d replace the caliper and throw in the missing bolts, but I’d still be driving on the same cracked rim and damaged tire. Huge safety hazard. When they took the car to replace the rim and tire, they told me over the phone nothing was wrong and I could pick it up later. I’d already sent photos to three people, but I sent fresh ones, and for days no one called back. I had to show up in person to get answers. Their staff kept looking at the spare tire I brought in, even though twice I told them the flat one was in the trunk. When I went back after the weekend to go over everything, Chris acted like I had never mentioned any of it before, kept asking when I’d supposedly told them, and had the nerve to say I should be grateful they gave me a $100,000 car to drive while mine was being fixed. Never mind they put my life at risk by not securing the caliper properly. Two weeks later they got around to fixing the obvious problems, but the way they treated me the whole time was unacceptable. Buying from them felt reckless. They clearly don’t care about safety once the sale is done.

Ended up buying a QX60 in late February and from day two it’s been a total disaster. First they wouldn’t take the dirty car back to wash it after I pointed out the fingerprints, grime, and oil splatters. Then I noticed a giant bolt jammed in my front passenger tire that definitely wasn’t there when I arrived. A salesman basically told me to forget getting help and just take it to Discount Tire instead. Sunday afternoon, heading home, you could hear that bolt banging around until it flew out and left me stranded on the freeway. After calling them repeatedly and begging for a tow, my husband finally went to the dealership and spoke to the GM, who only offered a restaurant gift card as an apology—one we still haven’t seen after six weeks. A week later, when I mentioned the AC smelling musty, the ProPilot drifting right, and headlights aimed at the pavement, they said they’d pick up the car for service but “would” call the next Monday to schedule. By Friday I had to call them to ask when they’d actually arrive. They finally showed up the following Monday, only to hand my keys to an employee who used my car as a personal Uber overnight. At 11 p.m. the tracker showed it parked outside someone’s house—I thought it was stolen. In the morning it appeared near a school. After I screamed at the service manager they still couldn’t explain why my car had been taken without permission. When I finally got it back three days later the car was disgusting—exterior drowned in oil from a tire shine I never requested, interior wrecked from their greasy hands, and that musty smell still lingering. The ProPilot still drifts right though they claimed nothing was wrong. They haven’t bothered to let the GM contact me and clean this up. Never again. Go somewhere else.

Bought a used Infiniti and came in nervous about getting hit with a huge repair bill. Josh put me totally at ease from the start. He had the techs check everything, gave me an honest breakdown of what had to be done now versus what could wait, then set me up with an Uber both ways so I didn’t miss work. Josh kept me updated the whole time, and the work they performed was spot on—not cheap, but fair. Highly recommend this place.

Honestly, my wife and I have always loved Infinitis—we’ve owned three over the years. We were ready to upgrade from our Q60, and after looking at a few options, including a Cadillac SUV, we went to see the 2026 model in person. The second we laid eyes on that car—the brown leather inside with the gold-platinum exterior—we were sold. No way we’d have bought it without seeing it up close like that. The whole buying process at the dealership was smooth. The salesperson and finance team were all really good at their jobs—no pushy sales tactics, just straightforward help. It made the whole thing feel easy, and we left feeling confident about our choice. If you’re in the market for an Infiniti, I’d say go there. ---

Ran into Joe Jaber again—good guy, always makes buying a car easy. No stress, no hassle, just a smooth process. Martin in finance was a big help too. Definitely going back to Peoria Infiniti next time. Shoutout to Luke for getting everything sorted! ---

Just bought an Infiniti QX80 Sport, and it was a great experience. The car itself is solid—drives like a dream. During the process, I had a question, and the general manager actually reached out personally to handle it. They fixed the issue even though it probably cost them money, which says a lot. That kind of service isn’t something you forget. Now I’m a repeat customer for life. ---

Stopped by Infiniti of Peoria to check out their used QX60s, and Luke Abram made the whole thing easy. He didn’t rush us—just took the time to ask what we were looking for and why we’d been loyal to Infiniti for so long (since the ‘90s, and at this location for about 20 years). We found a 2022 model with just over 17K miles, and even though we had a trade-in to work out, the negotiation was fair and didn’t drag on. Luke handled everything—answered all our questions, got us a good deal with Infiniti Financial, and even had the car detailed with a few touch-ups before delivery. The next day, he walked us through the new tech, made sure our phones connected, and even ordered us a second key fob. The guy’s got integrity, and he treats customers like people, not just sales. If you’re shopping around, ask for Luke. You won’t regret it. The whole team at Peoria Infiniti is top-notch.

Fred Ginnetti was our salesman when I picked up my dream car yesterday. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—great service, and he’s just a genuinely nice guy. If you’re looking for a dealership that actually cares, this is the place. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. ---
