Services & What to Expect at K&C Used Auto and Truck Parts

K&C Used Auto and Truck Parts sells used parts pulled from wrecked and totaled vehicles. They focus on supplying used car parts rather than scrap metal or vehicle recycling.

The inventory includes engines, transmissions, interior parts, mechanical components, body panels, tires, wheels, and accessories like lug nuts and stainless steel parts. Customers must visit in person because there’s no online inventory system.

Call ahead to ask if you can pull parts yourself. When you visit, bring the year, make, model, and trim of your vehicle so staff can help find the right part.

I asked these guys for a quote to pick up my car and they gave me an estimate window of 11:30 to 3:30. Fine, I guess, but it’s a pretty big window. Then at 2:05 PM, I got a text with a picture of the estimate, so I replied with a question mark, asking if they were on the way. They said no, they wouldn’t be there until 5:30 PM or later. I told them it would’ve been nice to know sooner so we could’ve made other plans instead of waiting all day. Their response? “I gave you an hour and a half heads up—that’s pretty responsible.” Yeah, great. My wife even talked to this guy about the timing, and he was still rude. A four-hour window shouldn’t mean you show up two hours late without warning. Not worth the hassle—skip them.

I had these guys pull a rear end assembly for a Titan, and it was the best pull I’ve ever seen. Not a single line was cut, everything was taken apart perfectly, and it was ready to install without any cleanup. Honestly, the most professional part pulling I’ve come across in a long time, and I buy a ton of used parts. Thanks, KC!

I sold a car to this company back in May 2025 and got a check that was filled out wrong—completely useless. I called them repeatedly, and every time they said they’d mail a replacement the next day, but it never happened. Months later, I’m still waiting, even after all the calls and promises. The communication is frustrating, and they haven’t fixed it. If you sell a car to them, make sure everything’s correct before you hand over the keys.

These guys are a mess. They posted a full set of tires on Facebook Marketplace, told me I’d have to drive an hour and a half north to get them, asked for more photos, and confirmed they had four. When I showed up? Only two. Wasted my gas and my time. Don’t trust them—they’re either incompetent or dishonest.

I got a call from these folks to set up picking up my car. I went online to schedule the pickup and they gave me a quote right away. Everything felt fine until I told them my car was in the garage. They asked if I could move it to the driveway, but I couldn’t—the garage floor is flat. They suggested putting it in neutral and letting it roll, but that wouldn’t work for me. When I asked if they had a winch, they said yes and that their drivers could use it safely. But then they said they don’t actually use the winch because one of their drivers damaged a customer’s garage wall and they had to pay for it. I tried to suggest a way to reduce the risk, but they still said no. They wanted me to accept full responsibility and even lowered the offer by 25% because they’d need a liability waiver. When I asked about insurance, they said yes, but then complained that their insurance rates go up with every accident—that’s how insurance works, isn’t it? I felt like the offer I got online didn’t include any details about fees or liability, and by the time we talked, it was way less valuable. They basically said take it or leave it, too, like they didn’t even need my business since they buy 35-40 cars a week.

Do not—*do not*—buy anything from Ray or this place. I paid for parts, and now I can’t even get a call back. Left messages, tried emailing, nothing. Just want my money back at this point, but good luck getting anyone to answer. Total scam. ---

I drove all the way out there for nothing. They swore up and down they had my car and the parts I needed, but after digging through the whole yard, it was a total bust. The guy working the counter was a real piece of work too—like he was reading from a script for how to be the least helpful person possible. If you’re thinking about this place, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. ---

Last time I stopped by, whoever was running the place acted like I was bothering them just by walking in. I’d been planning to grab a few parts another day, but when I called ahead, the person on the phone made it sound like they’d rather I didn’t show up at all. I thought since it’s called “U Pull,” it’d be more hands-off, but honestly? The only time I’ve had decent luck here is when the owners aren’t around. Otherwise, it’s a whole vibe. ---

Needed a mirror actuator, went in thinking I’d at least get to check the part before paying. Nope—had to fork over the cash upfront with no way to verify if it’d even fit. They promised I could look at it after paying, but by then it was too late. The part *did* fit, but it didn’t work. Not wasting another dollar here. U Pull all the way from now on. ---

Look, salvage yards are salvage yards—you know what you’re getting into. But this one? The guys here actually seem to like helping people, and the prices are solid. Will they have parts for my ’70s Honda or my wife’s new truck? Probably not. But for cheap, usable junkyard finds on older cars, I’ll be back. No frills, no nonsense, just parts that won’t break the bank.
