These folks are actually decent to deal with. They don’t waste your time, and you can tell they know what they’re talking about. ---

Look, LKQ—your truck drivers need to step it up. One of them parked right in the middle of the fuel lane at the Love’s in Little Rock, blocking the whole thing for nearly 40 minutes. Trucks couldn’t even get to the other pumps, and the driver just walked off without filling up. It was 8:30 AM, so the lot wasn’t packed, but still—no excuse for that kind of mess. The truck was #242, if anyone cares. ---

Got exactly what I paid for, and the price was solid. The guy who helped me, Phillip, was sharp—knew his stuff and didn’t make me feel like I was wasting his time. ---

If you’re thinking about buying from Keystone, save yourself the headache. I drove 180 miles round-trip for parts, took the old ones in so they could match them, and they still sent me home with the wrong stuff. Had to turn right around the next day. Then, when they finally got the right parts, the guy at the counter broke one and didn’t even mention it. Found out when I got home. Hours of my time gone, and they overcharged on top of it. The parts online are cheaper *and* better quality. Don’t bother with these people—Gary Norman.

The team here was really helpful and kept things professional from start to finish. They even helped me load and unload the core part. One small snag happened unloading, but the forklift operator was awesome and made the whole thing smooth.

I’ve ordered parts for my dealership for two years now, and Hallie at this yard is the best I’ve dealt with. She’s always eager to help and goes way out of her way to make sure we get what we need.

My old car got messed up by road debris, but I found the aftermarket grill parts here fast. They had it in stock and it shipped within two days. The price was right, and the staff was super nice about helping me track it down.
