I’ve rarely run into a junkyard that runs as well as this one. They’re professional, organized, and aren’t some chaotic mess like a lot of yards. Every time I asked about a part they sent photos right away, which I really appreciated since I’ve gotten burned by car-part.com listings before. Pricing was fair, and they packed my parts carefully so nothing arrived damaged. The only catch is their big crew doesn’t always talk to each other smoothly, but honestly you can’t expect perfect communication in a place that size. After getting scammed by a yard in Ohio that wasted nine hours of my drive, Mass Used felt like a huge relief. The people who helped me knew their stuff and gave straight answers. I don’t make the trip often, so I probably won’t need them regularly or send local friends their way. But I wanted to leave this so others know what they’re getting.

This place is fantastic. Tons of parts at prices that make sense. I love being able to grab pieces straight off the cars, and I’ve been back multiple times—not just for parts, but because I always stumble on more good stuff I didn’t know I needed. The counter folks are sharp and helpful. I’ve been to a lot of yards, and none stack up like this one.

I owe this place big thanks—I drove up from Connecticut and hit six yards looking for one small Saab part to get my car running again. They were my last stop, and what a surprise. Not only did they have a huge selection of Saab pieces, but plenty for other European rides too. They let me walk the yard myself and pull the part straight off the car. Their price was so good I almost felt bad taking it, so I paid more just because it felt right. If everyone treated customers this way, this yard would definitely be the top choice. And hey, if you visit, be respectful—they deserve it. With love and thanks, Ali Zahedi

Bought a used headlight, but it turned out the mounting tabs were already broken. They claimed it was “well repaired,” but all that held the tabs in place were three plastic staples that weren’t even melted down properly. For two hundred bucks. I get it’s used, but what’s the point if it won’t even fit?

John made finding my part easy. No runaround, no “just come look around” nonsense—he actually helped track it down. Worked out great, worth the two-hour drive.

Honestly, these guys saved me a ton of hassle. I had to drive 2.5 hours each way just to get a part, but they were so friendly and even waited around after closing so I could grab what I needed. Won’t be looking anywhere else next time I need something.

Mass Used Auto Parts blew me away. The second I walked in, the staff treated me like I was their only customer. They didn’t just find the part I needed—they dug it out, yanked it off the car, and loaded it into my truck *without me even asking*. That’s the kind of service you don’t see much anymore. Everyone there knew their stuff, answered my questions without making me feel stupid, and made sure I left happy. The price was fair, the part was in good shape, and the whole experience was smooth. If you’re looking for parts and don’t want to get screwed over, this is the place. I’m already planning my next trip back. ---

Never had a better experience anywhere than this junkyard. Walked in, found the exact part we needed, and it was ready to go *that same day*—no waiting, no hassle. On top of that, the price was low, and one of the workers saw my husband struggling to put it on and just *jumped in* to help. Brought over his own power tools, no questions asked. I don’t know a thing about cars, so having someone actually *care* like that was a huge relief. We’ve dealt with nothing but headaches with car stuff before, but this place? Incredible. I’m telling everyone I know to go here. ---

Stopped by this junkyard for the first time after the new owners took over, and honestly, it’s night and day from before. Used to be you couldn’t even step foot in the yard—now they let you wander around and grab what you need yourself. Saved me a ton of hassle. Didn’t find the exact part I was hunting for, but I did snag a Cadillac armrest that’ll come in handy down the road. When I went to pay, Mark asked me straight up, *"How much would make you happy?"* and cut me a deal so good I almost laughed. Guy was easy to talk to, no attitude, which is weirdly rare in places like this. Being able to see the cars myself meant I spotted stuff I wouldn’t have known was there otherwise. Prices here are way better than other yards, and since you can check part values online, getting a real bargain like today doesn’t happen often. I’ll be back for sure. ---

The folks at Mass Used Auto Parts made my life a whole lot easier. I was driving through town with a tight schedule, needed a bumper *fast*, and called them last-minute. They didn’t blink—had it ready when I pulled in, even on a busy day. The price was solid, the bumper was in the condition they said it’d be, and they were just *nice* people to deal with. No runaround, no attitude, just straightforward help. If you’re hunting for auto parts, even if it means taking a detour, this is where you should go. ---
