Took my car in because it was running rough and dying randomly. The shop said it was the injectors, so I got them replaced. Six miles later and it broke down again, so they towed it back. Then they claimed it just needed an idle adjustment, which didn’t sit right with me. They told me the car ran fine and I could pick it up. By the time I got there after closing, it stunk like gas and barely ran. The next day they said they didn’t know what was wrong but it was fine to drive. Picked it up again after hours—made it one block before it died and wouldn’t restart. Unless your car’s brand new and can tell them what’s wrong, don’t bother bringing it here. Now I’m out $1300 and my car won’t even stay running.

Needed a part for Iowa and drove down for work. They had exactly what I wanted and the invoice was right on the counter. The owner’s a straight-up guy—no hassle, no runaround. Exactly what I was looking for.

Bought a used car and needed a part. Sent an email to the shop, and Steve got back to me fast—they had the part in stock. The price was fair, no surprises.

Honestly, this place didn’t mess around. They held my card to reserve the parts until I showed up—which, fine, I get it. But when one of the parts turned out busted, they actually called me to ask if I still wanted the other one. That’s more than most would do. ---

Drove 40 minutes for a part, and these people acted like I was wasting their time. Took my money but made it clear they didn’t want my business. Won’t be back, and I’ll tell anyone asking to go somewhere else. ---

Dropped $49 on an alternator, and it worked like a charm. Saved my ass when I was stranded. The staff? Not exactly chatty, but they moved fast, the part was solid, and the price was right. Can’t ask for much more than that. ---

Needed new third-row seats for my 2007 Explorer, and these guys came through. Let me wander the lot first to pick which set I wanted, then pulled the exact ones I needed. Called me when they were ready, and by the next day, they were waiting in their warehouse. Decent price too—not the cheapest, but fair. ---

Found a salvaged taillight in perfect shape for a steal. Called ahead to check stock, and they had it ready when I got there. Staff was friendly, even said to bring it back if it gave me trouble. Weird little spot out there, but worth the trip.
