They treated me like a priority and didn’t waste time. Best experience I’ve had for something like this.

I called ahead to check on some seats for a Chevy Cruze, and they swore both front and back were in solid shape. So I made the 90-minute drive, only to find them pulled up in a van looking like they’d been dragged out of a swamp. Dirt caked everywhere, rust on the rails, one of the back seats had a weird stain, and the headrest was water-damaged at the bottom. The driver’s seat was even powered—doubt it works now. When I asked if they’d been in a flooded car, they flat-out lied and said no. Total waste of a day and $20 in gas. First time a salvage yard’s pulled this on me. Don’t trust their word or the old pics online—make them send fresh ones before you go. ---

The guys here are actually nice to deal with—not that fake "customer service" act you get at some places. Prices are solid, no hidden fees or weird upsells. The website, though? Total mess. You can’t even search for parts properly, which is annoying when you’re in a hurry. Still, if you don’t mind digging through their inventory, you’ll find what you need.

Ordered a Brembo caliper for my Cadillac ATS, and it showed up the next day—exactly what I wanted. The guy even double-checked the bleeder screw for me before shipping, which was a huge help. Price was fair, and the whole thing was hassle-free. Seriously, couldn’t ask for better service.
