I stopped by to grab a jacket and tire iron for my Chevy Equinox, and I swear my jack assembly was missing. Turns out I just didn’t look in the second compartment under the first one. The lady at the counter didn’t make a big deal about it when she brought it out for me—real nice to an old guy like me.

For North End Auto Wrecking, everything went smooth from the first call to when the part arrived. They spelled out everything clearly, payment was easy, and shipping was quick. The part itself was even better than I hoped. You can trust them—they’re good at what they do.

Customer service here is awful. Devin acts like she owns the place and treats everyone like dirt—no respect for the job, and she won’t last long. The rest of the crew didn’t know anything either. And don’t even get me started on the parts—bent, missing pieces, straight up junk. No wonder their ratings are garbage.

I got a decent deal on the parts I needed, but the staff could’ve been a little more helpful. Not the worst experience, but not great either.

Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I used their online search for a Jeep radio. Figured I’d be waiting a while, but the guy handed it to me in like five minutes—no joke. The tag even had my VIN on it, which I needed to unlock the radio for my buddy’s truck. And the price? Way better than new, and the thing looked like it’d never been touched. Seriously, couldn’t ask for more. ---

I needed a part that was *everywhere* but never in stock—until I found these guys. Not only did they have it, but they shipped it to my door, and it showed up the next day. The packaging was solid, nothing rattling around or damaged. I’ve sent a few people their way since, and I’d keep doing it. Good work, seriously. ---

Found the part I needed in a day for a third of what other places wanted. And the people there? Actually nice, actually helpful, no attitude. Made the whole thing easy. ---

The worst experience I’ve had with a salvage yard. The staff acted like they didn’t want to help, barely gave us any info, and sold us a transmission that was dead on arrival. They said it just needed programming, so we paid someone to do that—only to be told the transmission itself was the problem. Then they refused to honor the warranty, saying it was our fault for installing it wrong. We bought the *same model* from another place, put it in the same way, and it’s been fine ever since. Never going back. ---

North End’s always been straight-up with pricing, and they follow through when they say they’ll deliver. I’ve never had a warranty issue with them that didn’t get fixed fast and right. With used parts, something’s bound to go wrong sometimes, but they check everything before shipping so you’re not stuck with garbage. I’ve had better luck with their used stuff than a lot of brand-new crap lately. If you need parts, go here.
