Found almost everything we needed here for a fraction of the price elsewhere. Saved a decent chunk on a whole set of fenders and some interior trim.

Been going to Authority Auto for close to twenty years now, mostly dealing with Oren. Never once had to second-guess his word or his work. He knows cars inside and out, finds exactly what you need, and makes sure you leave with a fair deal. Even got his son Jack to help me on my last purchase—that kid’s just as sharp and just as honest. Hard to find businesses like that these days, but you can count on them.

Walked in and been the only customer for twenty minutes. No one so much as glanced up. Two guys just standing there—one on his phone, the other staring into his lap. I stood there tapping my foot, nobody acknowledged me. Couldn’t even get eye contact to ask for help. That was enough to keep me from ever coming back.

Used this place for years when I need parts. Always quick with a smile and ready to dig through the bins. Double-checked that the parts matched my car every time, which is more than I can say for the big chain stores. Wait’s usually fine if you call ahead, especially for will call. Saw one guy waiting over an hour at AutoZone once and left with the wrong bracket. I call these people first now.

The worst place I’ve tried for parts. Always sending the wrong things, boxes busting open in the mail. Call the number and it rings forever or just cuts off. Real piece of work, can’t recommend them to anyone.
