I showed up expecting to grab a wheelbarrow for my tools and parts, but there weren’t any. Then I realized they close at 4:30, not 5 like the sign said. I got my part off a car, but by the time I was done, they were already kicking people out—even though they told me they stay open until 5. Frustrating way to end the trip. ---

The woman who answered the phone should not be handling customer service. My wife and I called five times from three different phones, and every single time, she picked up with an attitude. Within seconds, she’d say, *"Can’t hear you, call back,"* in the laziest, most annoyed voice possible. Even when I asked if she could hear me now, she just flat-out said *no*. Never had someone act like answering the phone was such a chore—especially when it’s literally their job. ---

Drove two hours to Indiana for parts, but it was worth it. Called ahead and talked to Lily—she was super helpful on the phone and even better in person. Got the parts I needed at a fair price, no hassle. Would do it again. ---

Honestly, this place is a breath of fresh air—everyone there is so friendly, especially the ladies. I left feeling like I’d made new friends, not just bought parts. Can’t wait to come back soon. It’s rare to find a place where people are that kind, so thank you for making it easy and pleasant. ---

The woman at the counter was nice enough, but the yard itself is a mess. You’ll be doing a lot of climbing over rocks and uneven ground—hope you’ve got strong ankles, or you might twist one. Half the cars aren’t even on stands, so forget about trying to pull a transmission or axles without breaking your back. Not the most user-friendly setup, that’s for sure.
