Best pick a part yard i have been so far. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially one of the cashiers, his name is Alex. he was super helpful in explaining how the warranty work for the parts and price range. I can't thank him enough for his help.

Been a customer here for 4+ years the one time I go to this location I'm 20¢ short on a part that was 30$ online and then magically 80$ in store and the cashier didn't do anything but smirk. I brought back all the money she needed in coins and somehow told me I'm still short and they're about to have to call the police? Over 20¢? That I handed right to her? Never will I return to this location as apparently if you appear to have it they're going to milk every cent out of you. Inner Houston location is better and people are actually somewhat compassionate.

Great place with great prices. Carla who works in front as cashier was THE BEST!!! Friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable about parts, and answered several questions I had. Thank you so much! I was concerned driving an hour to get here because of some negative reviews I read but I'm glad I came out because I got everything I needed all in one place.. I guess some people just like to complain. I'll be back next time I need parts for my project vehicles.

I really love coming here. I have come here many times. The staff are great. The people that check you in have a good attitude. The four cashiers (Carla, Jackie, etc.) that I have worked with are great. Yesterday (10/4/2025), Carla was my cashier and she had a great attitude. Also, she was professional, friendly and helpful. In addition, the people that check you out before you leave are easy to work with. When I have checked the vehicle inventory online before going, the vehicles have been there. Finally, the prices are good.

This place has deteriorated in customer service although the outside has a new appearance. They say they offer to pull the part well let tell you about the experience I had today. They sold me a bad battery and although I used my credit card to pay they refused to exchange the battery without the receipt. This is very inconvenient & unprofessional the way they operate the outside. They had me in line for the longest time when the only question was will I need the actual receipt and after 25 mins they told me they would need it. Which it's their bad battery and they mark it. I went to the same person who was so unprofessional it was a shame. He said he needed the receipt even tho he remembered me going just 2 hours prior. This place has people going in and out that are suppose to be working to help but they only send you to go sit or wait in another line. I shouldn't have to go through none of that to verify my purchase when I used my credit card. That is ridiculous. I don't appreciate the attitudes of the females working outside they acted so tired like their job was literally so back breaking when they chose the job. It's not the customers fault if they are being over worked and under paid but today we paid the ultimate price wasting time and gas going back and forth. I wouldn't trust their batteries but now we are stuck with one that's bad until we switch it. This will be the 3rd time going to this raggedy place today. I wouldn't waste my time going here unless you have absolutely no other choice. They have a window fix place there that does a amazing job which is the only reason they earned any stars at all. I definitely won't be coming to get anymore of their broken busted up batteries.
