Bought a transmission, got it installed a week later. Then it wouldn’t shift. Took it to a shop, they scanned it and threw codes. Place I bought it from (LKQ) says it’s under warranty—six months—but when I call, they drag their feet instead of just swapping it out. Super frustrated. Also out a grand while they figure things out. Fine print and runaround aren’t worth it. Won’t be back, and I’d tell friends to steer clear unless they like handing over cash and getting ignored.

Ripoff city. Paying what feels like full car prices just to get a few parts. The people at the counter? Rude as hell. Sad to say, but most junkyards and parts stores act the same when it comes to customer mood.

The people here are straight-up rude. If you want decent service, just drive to Little Rock and hit up one of the self-service yards. At least there, you won’t have to deal with attitude. Zero out of ten, wouldn’t recommend.

Chris from this place was a total nightmare. From the second I walked in, he acted like I was wasting his time. I tried buying a motor, and he swore it’d be delivered by Thursday. Never showed up. Left two messages—nothing. Then, four days later, he texts me asking if I still want it and basically tells me to deal with someone else next time. Like, excuse me? He’s the one who lied about the delivery and ignored my calls. Unbelievable. Don’t waste your time with him. ---
