This guy was a pleasure to deal with and had the exact part I was after right there on the shelf. He had it in his hands five minutes later and I was back on the road. If I need another part down the line, I won’t hesitate to swing by again.

Ray hooked me up—fast, easy, no hassle. Exactly what I needed, no extra nonsense. Thanks again, man. ---

Ordered a full seatbelt assembly, and when I got home, half of it was missing. I’d messaged ahead asking if I could grab just the tensioner piece instead, but they straight-up ignored me. Now I’m stuck with a useless part and a wasted trip. Skip this place—every bad review I saw was right. ---

Snapped a pic of their business card and tossed it on their website’s photo section. The guy in the office and the mechanic out back both went above and beyond to track down the part I needed and yank it out for me. Five stars because that’s the kind of no-BS help you don’t always find. ---

It’s a little family-run spot, so if you just show up, you might hit a busy stretch. Best to call first to check if they can even help. They’ll always call you upfront with the price before doing any work, and if something extra comes up, they’ll hit you again to ask if you want it done. Some jobs might need an overnight stay, depending on how bad it is, but for quick stuff? You’re usually in and out in half a day. ---

R.O.’s Auto is where I always end up when I’m hunting for a part. They don’t *always* have it, but most times they do, and the prices are fair. The crew’s friendly too—just ask for Ray and tell him Andrew sent you. You’ll get a little discount, and honestly, it’s worth it.
