Wow, this place is a total scam. I took my bent aluminum rims from a 2022 Ram pickup here because I needed the cash, and they offered just twenty-five cents a pound. I checked with another scrap yard down the street and they were paying a buck twenty a pound for aluminum wheels. My rims weighed 108 pounds, so they cut me a check for $27. If I'd gone to the other place, I'd have walked out with $130. That's not just a few bucks difference—it's daylight robbery. These folks are thieves and I wouldn't go back.

I always come here. In Lakeland, no other scrap yard pays as well or stays open every single day of the week. Once I started, I never looked anywhere else.

It's fine. The people are nice, and they pay more than anyone else around here.

The people here are actually nice, which is a huge plus. Got paid way more than Scrapco, so I’m happy with that. If you’re looking for a scrap yard, give them a shot—you won’t regret it. ---

This place is a total joke. Nobody bothered to tell us where to go—we just followed the truck in front of us. After we unloaded, some guy asked where to get paid, and another random dude pointed to the scale shack, but it was empty. Then a couple of guys hanging around a truck said they’d "give us some money" like it was a favor. Are you kidding me? Where’s the actual staff? This place needs to close down *now*. It’s like nobody knows what they’re doing, and honestly, they don’t even deserve one star. ---

I’m done with this place forever. Worst scrap yard I’ve ever been to, and the prices are garbage. If you’re stuck on a weekend and need to drop off scrap, just wait until Monday. Don’t bother coming here. ---

My usual scrap yard was closed, so I tried this one. The price was pretty close to what I’m used to, but the staff wasn’t very helpful—and half of them didn’t speak much English. The yard itself was decent, though, not too messy. ---

Look, I’ve dealt with plenty of junkyards, and this place is actually different. The managers don’t just sit in an office—they’re out there helping you find what you need, answering questions, and making sure you don’t waste time. The workers move fast, but they’re not rude about it. And honestly? The people who leave bad reviews probably didn’t even talk to anyone. If you’re looking for parts or just want to make some cash, skip the guesswork and go see for yourself. You won’t regret it.

The online hours say 5:30 on Sundays, but every time I show up on time, they’ve already stopped taking drops. It’s a 45-minute drive for nothing. The prices online are always higher than what they actually pay—always the lowest end of the range. The yard is a muddy disaster, with debris that pops your tires and spots where you get stuck. The scales are off, the payment changes depending on who’s at the register, and the service keeps getting worse. I’ve been coming here for eight months, and it’s only gotten more frustrating. And let’s not forget the time they found dead bodies in cars—had to tear apart the whole scrap pile because nobody bothered to check what was being dumped. Unbelievable.
