Roberts Salvage Inc at 500 Grand Ave, Moffett, OK 74946

Found exactly what I needed, price was fair, and the staff was nice and useful. Got in and out fast without any hassle.

The people here are actually nice and don’t make you feel like a nuisance. They’ll help you out without acting like they’d rather be somewhere else.

Sean at Play handles my issues every single time without fail. This last go-around, I had to return something, and he made the whole thing so simple—no hassle, no stress, just done.

Ordered a Dodge 5.9 diesel engine from Roberts Truck Salvage, and it’s been nothing but trouble since day one. The thing blows black smoke no matter what, and I’ve had two different diesel mechanics swap out all six injectors with Bosch units—still no fix. My truck’s been stuck at my place or in a shop for two years while we tried to figure it out. Then the third mechanic ran the engine serial number and found out it’s actually a 2003, not a 2006 like the receipt says. Roberts won’t admit they sold me the wrong year, but the paperwork and the salesman both swore it was a 2006, so the mechanics put in 2006 injectors based on that. What a mess. ---

Called Roberts Salvage at 2:30 PM about some parts, and by 9 AM the next day, they were at my door—160 miles away. That’s how fast they move. If you need parts, these guys don’t mess around. They get it done. ---

Needed a side mirror for my truck, saw one listed online, and called Roberts Salvage from Dallas. Shawn answered, found the part fast, gave me a fair price, and said it’d ship the next day. True to his word, it was out the door the following morning and showed up in Dallas in just one day. The mirror was exactly what I needed, fit right, and worked perfectly. Shawn was straightforward, friendly, and got it done without any hassle. Couldn’t ask for better. ---

The selection at Roberts Salvage is solid—lots of vehicles, good variety, and everything’s well-organized. Even though it’s self-service, the staff on-site are polite and willing to help. My only complaint? I pulled a few parts and set them aside while I checked another car. When I came back, the same helpful staff had already put them back. It’d be better if they waited until the end of the day to clean up instead of while customers are still looking. Still, they do provide wheelbarrows, which is nice. ---

Steve at Roberts Salvage went above and beyond helping me track down a part. After I ordered it, he realized it was out of stock and called me right away to get a replacement on the way. Then he called again as soon as the new one came in. I also like supporting local businesses, and Roberts is one of the good ones.
