Josh answered when I called about a part I needed. While other yards just took my info, he walked out back himself to verify if they had it. They didn’t, but he pointed me to someone who did, which saved me a bunch of time. Friendly guy, really knew his stuff. Big thanks to Josh for going the extra mile.

We’ve been ordering from Sam’s Auto Parts for ages, and they’ve never let us down. When you’re a shop, you need parts that fit and prices that make sense, and they’ve always delivered on both. Sure, I’ve seen some bad write-ups about them online, but in my dealings they’ve always been straight with me and happy to bend when they can. The owner’s putting real work into making the place better, and it shows. He actually cares about getting things right for customers. The crew there works hard too. Junkyard life isn’t easy, but these folks keep pushing to get what you need. If you want a yard that’s been around the block, knows its business, and is still trying to get better, give them a try.

Ordered two parts online, and what a nightmare. They shipped through some shady company called Reliant Express, then hit me with a bunch of "refundable" fees—$200 for insurance, $150 for a stamp, and $500 for a city permit. Every time I asked about it, they acted like they were on my side, but really, they just kept pushing me to pay. Told me the stamp fee was the last one, but then hit me with the $500. Now they’re saying I don’t get my order *or* my money back because I won’t pay. Absolute scam. Don’t order online here.

Called about parts, and they swore they’d pull them in a couple days. A week and a half later, nothing. When I finally got someone on the phone, Josh had the nerve to say they sold *my* parts to some cash customer. Total lie. No communication, no accountability—just a bunch of excuses. This place is a joke. Don’t waste your time.

Look, I wouldn’t wish this place on anyone—not even the guy who keyed my car. The people here are rude, the service is terrible, and they straight-up scammed us. Bought a hybrid battery that was junk, and when we tried to get our money back, they acted like we were asking for a favor. Do yourself a solid and walk across the street to AbCO. At least they treat customers like humans.

Wouldn’t wish this place on anyone. Terrible service, and they’re outright crooks. Sold us a bad hybrid battery, then refused to give our money back. AbCO across the street does the same thing for half the hassle.

Husband’s truck broke down on 694 at 6 AM. Called Kyle, and he got there fast, got the truck off the freeway, and was actually nice about it. Not the usual grumpy tow truck experience. Would call him again in a heartbeat.

Bought an engine here, and it was a total bust—coil packs and spark plug holes were caked in oil. Needs a full rebuild. Owner tried to brush it off like it was just gaskets, but I know better. Read the other reviews—this place is a scam. Run the other way.
