Don’t waste your time here. I ordered a part for my Honda Odyssey van—just the cables, not the whole motor—and they tried to upsell me the full assembly for $100. Fine, I said yes, but the part they gave me was broken *and* missing the cables I actually needed. When I came back the next day to return it, they hit me with a 30% "restocking fee" on their receipt, then flipped the script and said they couldn’t refund me because they’d have to pull another part from Delta. What kind of scam is that? Why drag a part all the way from Delta just to refuse a refund? Their boss is a 60-year-old man who acts like a child—ignored me completely and drove off in a golf cart. The mechanics should’ve known the part needed cables, but they didn’t care. At least at a pick-and-pull, I could’ve checked the part myself. Avoid this place like the plague. ---

I’d give zero stars if I could. This place is a nightmare. The girl in the office, Kenzie, was rude and clueless. My boyfriend got a windshield from them, but it didn’t fit. The warranty expired that same Friday, so we were stuck. I called to check if they had the right one, and she said there was a correct one at their Rifle location. I double-checked the details with her—she swore it was right. Then she told me it’d arrive Tuesday (it was Thursday) because it was coming from Delta. When I got it, the order form had the wrong info. I called back to confirm, and she *still* insisted it was correct. I even asked if I could just pick it up in Delta to avoid waiting, and she said sure. So I drove there Friday, only to find out—*again*—it was the wrong windshield. When I called Monday, the first thing she said was, *"Did you give us the wrong vehicle info?"* I told her no, I’d even called to confirm. She argued with me, saying I’d told her it was the classic model. I hadn’t. They finally said to bring it back for a refund, but not before wasting my whole weekend. Never again. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. ---

The front desk sent me to the back, the back sent me to the front, and nobody let me get a word in edgewise. I’ve been here before, and it’s always the same—terrible service, no one knows what they’re doing, and no one cares. This time, I didn’t even get to explain what I needed before they were shooing me off. I’m done. Even if they had the exact part I’ve been searching for, I’d rather drive an hour out of my way than deal with this place again.

My boyfriend picked up a radiator for me, and when he asked if they’d tested it, they just said it was full of antifreeze and called it good. Big mistake. We got it home, pulled out the old one, and—sure enough—there was a huge crack in the new radiator. I took it back with the receipt, but the lady acted like she’d never seen it before. No part number on the thing, so they played dumb. I sat there for 45 minutes arguing just to get a refund. Never buying from them again. If you do, make sure they write down the part number—otherwise, they’ll pretend they don’t know what you’re talking about. ---

This place saved me when I was stranded. I was driving through and my car started flooding with raw fuel fumes—I couldn’t keep going. By some miracle, they had a BMW fuel filter that matched mine. Louie pulled it from a junk car right there, and when I realized I didn’t have tools, they let me use theirs. It was 110 degrees out, and I was sweating for three hours, but Louie stuck around after his shift to help me get it done. No fuss, no attitude—just good people doing right by a stranger. I was back on the road with no more fumes, and I owe them big. If you’re in a bind, these guys are the real deal. ---
