Couldn’t find my part, but they pointed me straight to the right place. Super helpful, seriously.

Wished they sold individual parts from wrecks instead of forcing you to buy the whole thing. Came here looking for a local junkyard in Hemet, thought I scored—turns out I didn’t.

Went in looking for parts for my American car, but they didn’t have what I needed. When I got there, the front desk was empty—no one around. The guy at the counter, though, was actually decent. Polite, no-nonsense, didn’t waste my time. ---

Called on Friday the 8th, left my number, and was told the boss would call me back about my car. Never heard a word. Not exactly what I’d call good customer service.

As a mobile mechanic, I’ve given this junkyard way too many chances. Every single time, it’s the same mess—wrong parts, attitude from the staff, sitting around for 30 minutes like I’m invisible. They’ll tell you to come back later because they’re “busy,” but the lobby’s empty. And don’t get me started on the owner. The guy couldn’t care less about customers. I’d rather drive an hour out of my way than deal with this nonsense again. ---

Called on August 8, 2025, and some guy got all bent out of shape because I asked if they took motors. He started talking fast, slurring his words, and when I didn’t catch everything, he snapped at me. Like, dude, if you’re gonna be rude, at least slow down. Needs to work on patience and basic human decency. ---

Customer service here is just bad. Like, *really* bad. If you sell a battery with a hole in it and the customer’s clothes get ruined from the acid leak, own up to it. Don’t play dumb when they bring it back. Just cover the damage or knock it off the price. It’s not that hard. ---
