Veldman's Auto Parts, Inc. at 25926 IN-2, South Bend, IN 46619

So I called Josh about a fender I’ve got listed on eBay for $300. Figured I’d see what they’d offer—turns out they were trying to sell me the *same* fender for $325. Classic. ---

Look, don’t waste your time with Veldman’s Auto Parts. Ordered a part Friday afternoon, and it’s still not here—*from their own trucks*. They swore it’d be in today, but nope. If they’d just told me it was coming from Three Rivers, I could’ve grabbed it myself Friday or ordered it somewhere else. Now I’m stuck without a car, can’t drive my kids around, and can’t work. And the kicker? They didn’t even pull the part from Three Rivers. You’ve got to be joking. Paid for it Friday, still no part, still no running car. Just give me a refund at this point. Never again.

Don’t waste your time or money on their radios. The pictures online are straight-up misleading, and the item you get is *not* what you see. Ordered one, received something completely different, and when I tried to get a refund? Forget it. They won’t budge. It’s a bait-and-switch operation, plain and simple. Skip this place entirely. ---

Okay, I’m gonna be real—this place is a total scam. Ordered a car radio online, and when it showed up, it was the *wrong* model. No, not just a minor mismatch—it didn’t even fit my car. Tried to return it within the 10-day window like the policy said, and they flat-out refused. No explanation, no help, just a hard no. Customer service was nonexistent. Do yourself a favor and save your money—even eBay would’ve been a better bet than this mess. ---

I’ve been going to Veldman’s for years, and they never disappoint. The parts are always solid, and the prices are fair—no hidden fees or junk. Nic’s the real deal, though. He doesn’t just sell you something and walk away; he actually listens, figures out what you’re really after, and makes sure you leave happy. If you’re looking for a salvage yard that treats you like a person, not just another transaction, this is the place. ---

Erica at Veldman’s is the kind of person who makes you glad you walked in the door. I was trying to track down a hardtop for my car, and I had no idea where to start—turns out, she did. She didn’t just pull a part off the shelf; she walked me through the whole process, from ordering to shipping, and made sure I understood every step. The hardtop arrived fast, wrapped up tight, and in perfect condition. If you need help with something specific, she’s the one to talk to. ---

Nick in sales at Veldman’s made what could’ve been a headache into a breeze. I needed a part fast, and within 24 hours, he’d found it, had it shipped to the store, and set it up for me to pick up—no fuss, no waiting. The whole thing took less time than I expected, and he didn’t make me jump through hoops to get it done. If you’re local and need something quick, he’s the guy to call.
