The sales team at Wackerli was fine, but the rest of the experience? Not so much. I paid for clear bra paint protection, and getting it actually applied—or even scheduling basic service—has been a nightmare. I’ve had to take my car elsewhere just to get things done. And here’s the kicker: I’ve never even met a Rachel, but somehow, their emails keep calling me by that name. Like, really? If that’s how little they pay attention to their customers, I’m not surprised the rest is a mess. ---

This place doesn’t mess around. Fast, honest, and fair—that’s the whole vibe. No hidden fees, no games, just straight answers and good work. If you need auto parts or service, they’ll treat you right. I’ve been going there for years, and I’m not switching anytime soon.

I needed a part fast, and Wackerli’s parts department didn’t let me down. Jason was the one who helped me, and man, does he know what he’s doing. No confusing jargon, no wasting time—he figured out exactly what I needed and got it ordered before I even left the counter. Everyone else I talked to was just as easy to work with. No stress, no hassle. I’ll be back, and I’ve already sent a few friends his way. ---

Jason in the parts department at Wackerli Auto Center is the real deal. Every time I’ve walked in there, he’s been ready to help—no waiting around, no runaround. The guy knows his stuff inside and out, and you can tell he actually enjoys helping people. Whether it’s tracking down a part or making sure it gets to me fast, he’s always on top of it. Not just polite, but genuinely good at what he does. If you’re looking for parts, skip the guesswork and go straight to him. ---

Wackerli’s parts department is solid. Jason’s the guy you want—knows his parts, gets orders moving fast, and doesn’t make you feel like you’re wasting his time. If you’re in a pinch for something, he’ll sort it out. I’ve sent a bunch of people his way, and they’ve all come back happy. No frills, just good service. ---
