I phoned ahead and talked to a guy who quickly located the part I needed and kept it aside until I arrived. Once I got there he made sure everything was handled right away. Simple, smooth, and exactly what you want. Would recommend to anyone hunting for a part.

Claiming “all our starters are tested” is cute when every single stud on this one is loose and won’t even touch the connections. Dropped hard-earned cash on something that will lead to another wasted trip when it craps out 70 miles from here. I’ll just drop it back through the door myself next time and call it a core. Another letdown after counting on this yard to actually deliver.

My 25-year-old inner fender liner finally gave out, so I needed a replacement. This junkyard had one in decent shape and managed to pull it without damaging it. The price was fair and after a quick clean up it looked almost new. I’d definitely go back for parts.

They took a whole week to ship something I could’ve picked up myself in 15 minutes. When it arrived there weren’t even any bolts included, which is whatever, but somehow one of them got jammed into my intake. Totaled the engine I was building for a race—now out ten grand. Social media rants coming and court filings too. Don’t support people who operate like this.

I called around for hours trying to find a rim for my truck, and most places either didn’t have what I needed or acted like I was wasting their time. Cathy at this junkyard, though? She didn’t just find the right one—she made sure I left with it. No attitude, no runaround, just straight-up help. Meanwhile, the guy at Quarnos Auto couldn’t even be bothered to check the bolt pattern. Told me to drive 145 miles round-trip like it was nothing. Not worth the hassle. ---

I’ve bought parts from a lot of places over the years, and most of them are hit or miss. Eddie here, though? The guy knows his stuff. Didn’t try to upsell me, didn’t waste my time—just answered my questions and got me what I needed. That’s rare in this business. ---

Eddy and his team made what could’ve been a pain in the ass totally easy. Walked in, told them what I was looking for, and they had it ready in no time. No bullshit, no attitude—just good service. If I need parts again, I’m coming back here. ---

Skip this junkyard. Bought an engine with a warranty, and it turned out the crankshaft and camshaft seals were shot. Told me I should’ve replaced them before installing it—like, what’s the point of buying a used engine if I’m supposed to tear it apart first? They refused to honor the warranty, and now I’m stuck putting the whole thing back together. Still haven’t heard a word from them. If I lived closer, I’d show up in person just to see if they’d actually own up to it. But since they can hide behind emails and phone calls, they don’t have to. Don’t waste your money.

My friend just had heart surgery, so I was calling around trying to track down an alternator for his car without making him drive anywhere. Most places either didn’t know what they had or told me to come in and dig through their lot myself. Then I called Windsor, and this guy—Jeremy, I think—picked up the phone and actually *listened*. Took my name, asked the right questions, and by the time we hung up, he’d already pulled the part. When we got there, he and Frankie treated us like family. Ended up talking for a while, and honestly, they’re the kind of people you don’t mind doing business with. Oh, and they buy junk cars too if you’ve got one to sell. After dealing with every other place that morning, this was the only one that didn’t feel like a chore. ---
