They quoted three weeks to rebuild my transmission, took three months. Got it back with a big dent in the door that wasn’t there before. Can’t recommend them.

I paid Dewayne at Yeager’s $2300 for a transmission, and the thing started slipping the second I left the lot. When I complained, they didn’t call back for three weeks, just told me they were supposed to do a quick fix. Turns out a transmission shop could’ve done a full rebuild for $2000. That’s not even counting the month they kept my truck when it was the only ride I had, and they never called, never worked on it, never told me a single thing about progress. Had to drive down there just to yell about it in person. No one could give me answers. Service was garbage, respect was nonexistent. Won’t step foot back in there even if they’re handing out free transmissions.

The website said they had the part I needed, so I called the office to double-check. The woman who answered was fine, but when I called back later to confirm, some guy on the phone acted like I was wasting his time. He snapped at me, said they didn’t have it after all, and just hung up. There’s no excuse for being that rude—just tell me the truth instead of acting like I’m bothering you. ---

Absolute nightmare dealing with these people. I brought in two trucks for transmission work, and both still have issues. On top of that, it took forever just to get the work started. I’m done—never setting foot in this place again. ---

I walked in not sure what I was looking for, but the guy behind the counter actually took the time to help me find the right part. He didn’t just point and walk away—he made sure I got what I needed and that everything went smooth. Saved me a ton of hassle. Really appreciate it. ---

I’ve been coming here for years, and even though they’re always short on staff, the people who work there go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. They’ll bend over backward to help you out—no other place even comes close. The service is top-notch, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car parts. ---

Taylor Kagle was a lifesaver. We were in a real bind, and he didn’t just help us—he made the whole process easy and stress-free. Super friendly, knew his stuff, and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Can’t thank him enough. If you need parts or help, this is the guy to talk to.
