I use to use this place all the time, but for the passed few years the price for there parts has been going up and up, but on my last visit I went to get a radiator, I looked on line at a new one and it was $.59.00 plus tax and I could in store pick up next day at an auto parts store I go to and it had a years warranty these peoples price for a used one was over $ over 70,00 and had a 30 day exchange warranty. I couldn't believe it the next day I went to Muncie ( Midway you pull it ) and got one for $ 52.00 and a 30 day warranty.. it's in my vehicle.
Came to get a door latch for my rear door. I got one took it to the counter. Lady told me 28 bucks. I said they are only 34 brand new even showed her on my phone. She says nothing I can do I don't do the pricing. You could have knocked the price down a few bucks I would have bought the part. Now you have a park there sitting on the counter with no part number you don't even know what it goes to. You will eventually throw it away because you can't sell it. Could have made a few bucks to make somebody's wage. But if that's the way you do business good luck in the future. I'll go ahead and pay the extra six bucks at least I know the one I'm getting his new I was taking a chance with your part.
Horrible place to take your car. Corporate gave them a quote. It didn't show in computer Corporate fixed it. The lady then lost my information. I ended up spending over 2 hours just trying to get arid of my car. Went to the boss and he defended her actions, he then went on to say that it wasn't their fault even though the lady just didn't finish the information. Wont be back
My husband and I thought that by going to a junk yard to pull our own parts would save us money, I can tell you that it would have been better just paying the extra money and buy new. For alot of reasons, one it was over a 100 degrees and humid as all hell out. 2 my husband has a broken hand this ain't good. Everytime he tried working on the door to get the cable mechanism out he kept hitting his hand on the door. 3 people leave everything lay everywhere there is so much broken glass you have to be so careful. Really I think for just fun purposes they go around breaking windows that's not fun. You have to be so careful while you're in there my husband found a pillow in one of the other vehicles luckily I was able to use it while I was helping him so I didn't get glass in my arms. 4 we had got such bad sunburn it wasn't funny and we both were so severely dehydrated. 5 You think they would be cheaper Plus you're the one pulling the stuff out and out of all the junk yards that I have been to this one is very high. They charge over half of what it would be new. You may get a break on Engines & Transmissions but who really knows I didn't ask.
