Lack of communication and attention to detail. Besides them putting the wrong size (smaller sized) tire on my car they knowingly gave me a tire that had dips in it! I’m a mother with a baby on board sticker. Told em I would be going on the highway and everything. If my husband hadn’t caught the differences in the tire and the wobbling of the drive, I’m unsure as to what would’ve happened on the highway going 75-80mph Smh However, they did change my tire and admitted fault. Mistakes/accidents like this cannot be made when you’re in the business of keeping us on the road and out of car accidents due to tire issues.

Gave this place four stars because of lack of communication with customers. If there is something that I need to know pertaining to work being done on my vehicle just tell me and not leave me looking crazy. After all they are the professionals and their job is educate about the product and let their customers know the pros and cons as well as get the job done.
